Common questions

Where can I get Aposa?

Aposa is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. Public downloads aren’t available through this website. If you’re already in the pilot, use the installation instructions you received.

Can I use Aposa in a browser?

Your personal sketchbook lives in the mobile app. This website provides information, policy pages, support and invitation links.

How do I restore on a new phone?

Keep an encrypted backup in your own iCloud or Google Drive. By default, Aposa holds an encrypted copy of the backup key, which can be recovered after signing in with the same linked Apple or Google account. You still need access to the cloud backup itself.

If you switched to end-to-end encrypted backup, Aposa’s key copy was deleted. You need the recovery password or key you kept. Support cannot replace a lost end-to-end backup key.

Why hasn’t a sealed letter arrived?

A letter to a Pal needs to finish uploading before it can be delivered while the sending phone is closed. Open the app with an internet connection and check its delivery status. A self-letter’s reminder depends on your phone’s notification permissions and background settings; delivery may be delayed by the operating system.

My invitation won’t open. What should I do?

Open the link on a phone with Aposa installed. The fallback page lets you open the app or copy the invitation. Invitations are single-use and expire after seven days. If one has expired or been used, ask your Pal for a new one.

How do I stop sharing with a Pal?

Open the connection in Pals to pause sharing, remove the Pal, or block and report them. Your private journal is never shared just because you connect.

How do I delete my account or request my data?

See Delete account for the in-app and email routes, the 30-day recovery window, and what to remove separately from your phone or cloud. For other account-data requests, email contact@argentnexuscommunications.com.
